On Sunday, June 7th, Winding Stair Campground is throwing open the gates for a free, drop-in Open House at our working farm and campground tucked into the mountains outside Franklin, NC.
Bring some food!
You’re welcome to picnic next to the beautiful river!
Take a self-guided tour through our quiet, private campsites, walk the farm, and meet the sheep.
No reservations, no agenda, just a good afternoon outside in one of the most genuinely peaceful corners of Western North Carolina.
Our team will be on-site to answer questions and show you around.
- Explore the campground and find your favorite future site
- Walk the farm and tour the working grist mill
- Meet the Icelandic sheep (they are friendlier than they look)
