Glamping combines outdoor camping with upgraded amenities and comfort. At Winding Stair Campground, this means having as much creature comfort as you need rather than primitive tent sites. Experience the rustic adventure of camping with the convenience of potable water, heat and/or electricity (depending on site), Wi-Fi, and even freshly brewed coffee if you’d like!

Do I need to bring camping gear for glamping?

Not necessarily! Our glamping options all come with bedding and mattresses included, plus a covered roof and access to hot showers. Our camp store has food, beverages, and toiletries available for purchase if you forget anything.

What’s included with glamping sites at Winding Stair?

Each glamping site has its own unique offerings. Some include electricity and heating, some are dog-friendly, and some have nearby restroom facilities in addition to our clean bathhouse. We recommend reviewing each site’s amenities carefully to ensure you’re getting everything you need for a perfect Franklin glamping experience!
